At RW Essentials, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order ID) is required

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Provide:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Product images (if damaged/incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • Wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items (not reported within 48 hours)

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval/rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refund method:

  • COD orders → Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa
  • Online payments → Original payment method

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
